Jala-Fresca is a family business utilizing a salsa recipe passed down
from generation to generation.

  
Pop started making salsa when he decided he wanted something new that was fresh and had an abundance of flavor without sacrificing extreme heat. He was tired of hot sauces that lacked flavor or simply had no substance. It was then that Jala-Fresca was born.
 
 After eating the "Green Stuff" at every family gathering and sharing it with friends, Chef Gerard decided to sophisticate his father's recipe by adding several degrees of spiciness and refining the flavor.
 
This salsa has traversed three generations and has been greatly enjoyed by friends and family.
Now, we offer it to you to taste and experience the new wave of salsa!
