2011 NATIONAL AWARDS!!!!

So far this has been another great year for us. This past October we entered our salsas in The 2011 Scovie Awards in Alburqurque, New Mexico.
Here are the results!
1st. Place Best All-Natural Salsa-Blazing Hot!!!
                2 Years in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd. Place Best Fresh Salsa-Mild!!!

My wife, Marylou and I traveled to Ft.Worth Texas this past January to participate in the 2011 ZestFest and The 2011 Fiery Foods Challenge!

2nd. Place Best Fresh Salsa-Mild!!!

Then on February 12 we set off to the National Grocers Association Expo at the
Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada.  We met a lot of grocery store executives from across the nation.  We're hoping to get 'Chef Gerard and Chuck's Green Stuff Salsa' in a store near you this year.

I also revised our labels to reflect the advantages of our salsa and why it's so great!  Check out the new labels on our FAQ's page.

taste the new flavor of heat

Jala-Fresca salsa is a fresh mix of tomatoes, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, garlic, apple cider vinegar, & sea salt. This unique blend of seasonings acts as a natural preservative producing a fresh tasting salsa without artificial preservatives that boasts a nine month refrigerated shelf life!

If you are tired of average salsas or having to throw your salsa away before it is finished, try Jala-Fresca and see if you can resist the new wave of freshness.

Locations:

If you would like to buy Jala-Fresca products in person, you can find us at Whole Foods Markets, Lassen's, HOWS, , Channel Islands Farmer's Markets on Sunday in California as well as Green Acres Farm Market in Simi Valley.
